Join our Prenatal Essentials 1-day crash course (in-person) for $300 per couple which includes the one day prenatal class, a breastfeeding class, follow-up emails, and a class reunion.
Our Vancouver Prenatal Essentials (1-day crash course) covers most of the same information as our other classes, but does not include baby care.
Prenatal Essentials is an intensive 1-day experience, ideal for people with busy schedules or who just want the basics. Spend one day and one evening (6:30pm-9:30pm) with other expectant parents in a fun and educational day You will learn all of the basic information about birth and breastfeeding, as well as guiding you in discovering your own coping mechanisms. Our Prenatal Essentials is offered live at our East Vancouver location (live). Note that the Evening portion (the Breastfeedng/Chestfeeding class) will be on zoom.
