Our Vancouver Prenatal Weekend Workshop covers the same information as our Evening Series Prenatal Classes in a condensed format. Spend two days and one evening (6:30pm-9pm) with other expectant parents in a fun and educational prenatal workshop. You will learn all of the basic information about birth, breastfeeding & caring for your newborn, as well as guiding you in discovering your own coping mechanisms and parenting philosophies. Our Weekend Workshops are offered either online (zoom), or live at our East Vancouver location (live). Please look at class dates to select your preference of “zoom” or “live”. Note that the Monday Evening portion of the Workshop (the Breastfeedng/Chestfeeding class) will always be zoom.
