Postpartum Classes

Social isolation can be hard for new parents! For the duration, we will be offering FREE postpartum circles online via zoom. If any new parents are craving community, join us for these informal, casual, supportive discussion circles led by our own facilitators every Monday from 12:30 – 2pm.

Vancouver Postpartum Classes

Now that baby has arrived, join us for our helpful and informative postpartum classes. Bring your baby, and come discuss popular parenting topics in a supportive environment. These classes are casual and friendly, and provide an opportunity to reunite with friends from prenatal classes, as well as meet other new parents with same-aged babies. Our Postpartum Classes are open to parents accompanied by infants who are not yet walking.
