In-Person Baby Circles

Calling all new parents and babies (0-6 months)! Join us in-person at our East Van studio for a series of six parent/baby circles. These friendly gatherings will foster connections between the participants, and explore the challenging shift into parenthood. Get to know other new parents of similar age babies as we spend six weeks together developing confidence in our new role. A different theme will be explored each week, and will include topics such as self-care, bonding with baby, your adult relationships, evolving as a parent, finding life balance, and more. Make friends! Build your parenting community!
