We strive to create an inclusive and friendly atmosphere in which you can get to know your classmates, trade tips, and begin to grow your village. We are here to support you in developing community. In order to increase access to building your village and garnering support in the community, we have both online and in person options so you can continue to build relationships wherever you’re most comfortable.
IN PERSON OFFERINGS

Join us rewarding in-person at our East Van studio for a series of six In-Person Baby Circles. These intimate gatherings will foster connections between the participants, and explore the challenging shift into parenthood. Get to know other new parents of same-age babies as we spend six weeks together developing confidence in our new role.
A different theme will be explored each week, and will include topics such as self-care, bonding with baby, your adult relationships, evolving as a parent, finding life balance, and more. Make friends! Build your parenting community!

Experiencing feeding challenges? Or is feeding going okay but you still have questions? Come to our clinic and receive immediate help, support, and one-on-one counselling from our experienced mentors. This is the most economical breastfeeding / chestfeeding help in town!
We can help you with milk supply, latching issues, blocked ducts, thrush, mastitis, breast aversion, nipple pain, nursing strikes, nipple confusion, trouble shooting, relactating and much more.
These appointments take place at our office in East Vancouver - 3569 Commercial St, Vancouver, BC V5N 4E8.

Now that baby has arrived, join us for our helpful and informative Virtual Parenting Talks on Mondays from 12:30pm-2pm. Discuss popular parenting topics in a supportive environment. These sessions are casual and friendly, and provide an opportunity to reunite online with friends from prenatal classes, as well as meet other new parents with same-aged babies. Our Virtual Parenting Talks are open to anyone.
Immediate, convenient feeding help! For urgent questions, general information, trouble-shooting, and more. For specific diagnoses, we might need to follow up at our in-person clinic, but these online consultations are a great place to start.
